Relationship Practice

Do not seek to be “normal”, seek to be healthy. – Orchestra Life Studio

Relationship Practice – 4 sessions – $99

– Course Description:

Whether casually dating (single), or with a partner (not single), to have a healthier sex life and better relationships we should be clear on what we want and be willing to communicate that to our partner(s). We always have room to improve our intimate relations,no matter what our sexual orientation or lifestyle. This is the space to do that.

Relationship Practice is a peer-led discussion group, that invites expert guests to help us navigate sensitive material. The studio includes writing, movement, and verbal exercises that unpack our habits, and tendencies in productive ways. Participants will clarify needs and desires, find where their values land within contemporary culture, recognize obstacles to embodying their own ideals, and create a personal practice to build better habits.

Class size will be limited to 12 and confidentiality commitments will be made to protect the privacy of each participant.

In this workshop we learn:

  • How to recognize and define healthy relationships
  • How to avoid creating false expectations via communication
  • How to practice intimacy and creation of boundaries
  • How to build good habits to maintain emotional health
