Jeanne Heo – Program Director – Nous Tous Gallery
A firm believer in collaboration over competition, Jeanne is driven by the need for community and love to create spaces for people to connect. Exploring these spaces through creative production and have invaluable range of work experience in several disciplines including event production, marketing, merchandising, sales, and customer service.
She is recognized for being passionate, highly versatile, and for building great professional relationships with ease.
As Nous Tous Program Director she connects with artists to realize their vision, facilitates the production of new programs, and manages volunteer and partner relations.
Ani Baker – Educational Director – Orchestra Life Studio
As a tenured teacher, Ani is credentialed to teach students with mild-moderate disabilities and trained to educate fellow educators to reach their students more effectively. She is currently in pre-production on a documentary about sex education reform in public schools. Her passion for education and her skills working with a diverse range of individuals makes her specially suited to oversee the learning environment maintained in our workshops.
Ani conducts curriculum development, and facilitates a workshop of her own.
Maceo Paisley – Founding Director – President
A lifelong artist with a background in tactical logistics Maceo is an analytical creative with a diverse skill set in both arts and sciences. As a performance artist he investigates the human experience through language and movement, as a behavioral economist he looks at how we make decisions, collaborate, and derive meaning from the world.
As president and director, Maceo oversees the strategy and vision for Citizens Of Culture.
Arianne Edmonds – Treasurer – Impact Advisor
Community advocate, passionate about using creative methods to help brands and organizations build social movements that evoke change in their communities; my personal skills tool belt comes equipped with comprehensive project management, partnership development & marketing experience, well-honed community building techniques and stellar communication skills.
Lisa Kim – Secretary – Arts Advisor
Having completes an MA in Culture, Criticism and Curation at Central Saint Martins in London, Lisa spent 2014 deeply immersed in art, exhibitions, archives, heritage and culture looking at the historical and contemporary from a critical point of view. Involved in 3 major projects during the programme: a window gallery exhibit based on the Charles L. Pickering archive at LCC, a digital think tank group which culminated in an evening of talks and discussion at South London Gallery. Her final project was a archival research project which resulted in an contemporary art exhibition and weekend programme at Flat Time House gallery in Peckham.

Dr.Tracy Ann Esseglou – Philosophy Advisor
Dr. Esseglou is devoted to social modeling and the development of social prototyping. As a culture strategist & translator, she is actively engaged in the facilitation of communication across social groups and groupings. Working with ‘people, places, things’ — including: language, text, visual mediums and digital development, UX in digital, physical and social environments… — my design thinking (Situation Design) regards situation as the cell of experience and the basic unit of all design.
