    Thanks for introducing me to Brigham – he mentions ‘A healthy city having three options: very affordable, middle and luxury in retail & restaurants.’ Given all the high-end, luxury housing development that is cropping up, I would be much more encouraged about continuing to live downtown if I also saw more ‘very affordable’ housing. Perhaps his definition of ‘very affordable’ is different than mine. Either way, myself and many of my friends see the scales tipping toward much more high-end, luxury everything and that is very disconcerting. How do we balance the scales and continue the increase in population to be inclusive, rather than exclusive? Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
