SHLTR is the commitment of Citizens Of Culture to hold space for a community of creatives to share ideas and connect. It is an open environment insulated from the superficiality that stifles authentic interaction. Come play and enjoy music, create art and photography, share stories, dialogue, and meet new people.

The space is available for low cost rental or trade of contribution to the creative community.
