2014 Fit Expo
This year the Fit Expo returns with an even more incredible line up. The addition of the Tempest Free Running Academy comes with competitions, demos, and workshops. The World Calisthenics Organization will be there with their Battle of the Bar competition as well as 20 others including fitness and body building.
With over 400 exhibitors it is the largest fitness show in the west coast and given how intense out fitness scene is here in Los Angeles, they are sure not to disappoint.
It is only 20 dollars per day and $30 dollars for both days. Pop in and check out the cutting edge of fitness and body building, the event will be held at the Convention Center on January 25th and 26th, you can pre-purchase tickets here, to by pass the line.
